Three Generations, one flame.
In the bustling lanes of Old Delhi, in the year 1952, our grandfather lit a tandoor that has never been extinguished. What began as a humble eatery serving Mughlai delicacies to the city's poets and princes has blossomed into a culinary institution.
Today, the same recipes — written in spice-stained notebooks — guide our kitchen. We grind our own masalas at dawn, knead our dough by hand, and treat every guest as our grandfather did: as nobility at a royal feast.
